摘　　要：本文研究了甲壳素品种、质量、粒度、碱处理方式、保护气体、干燥条件等因素对壳聚糖质量的影响。The effect of kinds of chitin, the qualify of chitin, the particle size of chitin, the way treated with alkal, protective gas, drying conditions on the performance of chitosan was investigated.
