摘　　要：目的 :采用RP HPLC法测定四物膏中芍药苷的含量。方法 :用KromasilC18柱 ,以甲醇 水 ( 2 1∶79)为流动相 ;检测波长 :2 30nm ;温度 30℃。结果 :芍药苷在 0 .2 0 32～ 1.0 16 μg内呈良好线性关系 ,r =0 .9998,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .4 % ,RSD =1.4 % (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,快速 ,分离度好 ,结果稳定 。Objective: To establish A RP HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Shiwu Ointment.Method: The analysis was conducted with a column packed with Kromasil C 18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) and a mixture of methanol water(21∶79) was served as the mobile phase, the detecting wavelength was at 230 nm, room temperature was 30℃.Result: The linear range was within 0.2032 1.016 μg , the average recovery was 100.41% , RSD 1.36% ( n =5).Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,showing also good separating degree. It can be used for quality control of Shiwu ointment.
