138例围手术期预防感染使用抗菌药物的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 :分析围手术期预防感染抗菌药物的使用情况。方法 :随机抽取我院 2 0 0 1年围手术期的病例 138例 ,对预防用药的抗菌药物种类 ,用药频度 ,联用 ,用药天数进行调查分析。结果 :所有手术病例均预防性使用了抗菌药 ,且围手术期预防用药起点高 ,用药天数过长 ,首次给药时间缺乏术前用药意识 ,存在盲目扩大抗菌药物使用范围的现象。结论 :必须规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用 ,注意术前择时给药 ,控制用药时间 。Objective: To analyse the circumstances of antibacterials used in perioperation to provide a guide rational for clinic use.Method: 138 cases of perioperative patients were selected randomly during the whole 2001 in our hospital.The kinds of drugs,drug used frequency,drug used days and combined use of antibacterials were analysed.Result: Antibacterials were preventively administered in all cases.The expense of drug was too high and the using period was too long.There were no special indications for first time of drug administration before operation.The abuse of antibacterials during perioperation was extended.Conclusion: The use of antibacterials during perioperation should be ruled.The time selected drug administration before operation should be cared, time of drug used should be controlled, and irrational drug used should be decreased.
