头孢吡肟与头孢他啶对照治疗老年人肺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价头孢吡肟治疗老年人肺炎的临床疗效。方法 :83例病人分为治疗组 ( 5 4例 )和对照组 ( 2 9例 ) ,分别应用头孢吡肟和头孢他啶 ,剂量均为 2 g ,ivd ,q 12h ,疗程 8～ 10d。 结果 :头孢吡肟和头孢他啶的临床有效率分别为 96 .3%和93.1% ,细菌清除率分别为 90 .2 %和 87.8% ,均无明显不良反应 ,两组比较无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论Objective: To evaluate the efficacies of cefepime in the treatment of aged pneumonia. Methods: 83 patients were divided into two groups cefepime group (54 patients) and ceftazidime group (29 patients), The two groups received cefepime or ceftazinime respectively, 2 g, iv, q 12 h for 8 10 days. Result: The overall effective rates of cefepime and ceftaizdime were 96.3% and 93.1% , respectively. The eliminating rates of bacteria in two groups were 90.2% and 87.8% , respectively, there was a significant difference between both groups( P > 0.05 ), and without a obvious side effect in two groups.Conclusion: Cefepime is a safe and potent antibacterial agent in the treatment of the aged pneumonia.
