椭圆芯光子晶体光纤的传导模式

摘　　要：应用全矢量模型,根据对称性分析,按照最小波导扇面及相应的边界条件,对椭圆芯光子晶体光纤中的模式进行了分类,给出了光纤中基模和高阶模的矢量场分布及场强分布图,并以带状介质波导对椭圆芯PCF中的模式类比来命名.椭圆芯PCF中的模式均为非简并的,导模的场分布反映波导结构对称性.In line with the symmetry analysis of modes in a waveguide, we classify guided modes in the elliptical core photonic crystal fibers (PCFs) according to the minimum waveguide sectors and their appropriate boundary conditions with a full vector model. The electric field vector and field intensity profile of the fundamental and high order modes are obtained. Because the structure of the elliptical core PCF is similar to that of the rectangular waveguide, we label the guided mode in this PCF with the method used in the rectangular waveguide. All guided modes in this PCF are nondegenerate. The field distribution of guided modes reflects the structural symmetry of the waveguide.
