计算空气节流装置应如何考虑水蒸汽分压力与分密度

摘  要:ISO5167国际标准规范的差压式节流装置计算公式已十分精确,根据该公式计算出的节流装置孔径比的误差已小于万分之一,但是,在计算中用的一些原始数据精确度已远落后于计算公式本身,现仅对计算空气节流装置时应如何考虑水蒸汽分压力与分密度提出探讨与期望。Calculation formula of differential-pressure-throttle-device in accordance with ISO5167 international standard has been quite precise.According to this formula,the error of the calculated aperture-ratio of the throttle-device has been reduced to the extent of less than 0.01 %.However,in practical application,the precision of some original data falls far behind the formula itself.Here in this paper,the author studied and expected on how to consider partial pressure and partial density of steam when calculating the air-throttle-device.
