雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡及清除幽门螺杆菌感染的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的 :观察雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效及对幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染的清除率。方法 :116例消化性溃疡病人 ,其中雷贝拉唑组 4 6例 ,给雷贝拉唑 10mg ,po ,bid(或 qd) ;奥美拉唑组 70例 ,给奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,po ,bid(或 qd)。若Hp(+ ) ,同时给予杀菌治疗 1wk。观察治疗前后症状积分的变化 ,疗程结束时 ,复查胃镜观察溃疡的愈合情况。结果 :雷贝拉唑组治疗 4 (6 )wk后主要临床症状积分为 (18.4± 1.3)分 ,与治疗前 (74± 6 )分相比 ,P <0 .0 1,与奥美拉唑组相比 ,P >0 .0 5 ;溃疡的愈合率96 % ,与奥美拉唑组相比 ,P <0 .0 1。Hp清除率雷贝拉唑组为 93% ,奥美拉唑组为 89% ,P >0 .0 5。结论 :雷贝拉唑能明显缓解消化性溃疡症状 ,止痛效果快 ,对溃疡有较高的愈合率及Hp清除率。AIM: To observe the short-term clinical effects of rabeprazole on peptic ulcer and the rate of eliminating Helicobacter pylori(Hp). METHODS:One hundred and sixteen patients with peptic ulcer were divided into two groups. Forty-six patients of rabeprazole group(M 35,F 11;age(43±s 8)a)were treated with rabeprazole 10 mg, po, bid(or qd). Seventy patients of omeprazole group (M 52,F 18;age 46±10)a) were treated with omeprazole 20 mg,po,bid (or qd).After 1wk and 4(or 6)wk,the scores of symptom before and after treatment were observed. At the end of the treatment, gastroscope was used once more to check ulcer healing. RESULTS: The symptoms score of rabeprazole group after 4 or 6 wk treatment was (18.4±1.3) which was more significant than that (74±6) before the treatment (P<0.01).Compared with omeprazole group,that was of no significance.The time of pain disappearance in rabeprazole group: that duodenal ulcer was (1.8±0.9) d, that stomach ulcer was (2.8±1.2) d, the rate of ulcer-healing was 96%. Compared with omeprazole group, the difference was obvious (P<0.01). The rate of eliminating Hp in rabeprazole group was 93% and the that in omeprazole group was 89%. The difference was not significant (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Rabeprazole can obviously relieve the symptom of peptic ulcer and the time of stopping pain is shorter. It has higher rate of healing peptic ulcer and rate of eliminating Hp.
