摘　　要：5 0Mn结构钢广泛用于石油套管接手、轴齿轮、轴承密封座等 ,其韧性指标将决定机件的承载能力和脆断倾向 ,是进行工程设计的重要参数。用J积分法测 5 0Mn钢的JIC,补充其性能参数 ,为工程设计提供依据。50Mn steel is widely used in oil cannula connector,axes gear and axletree pressurization seat.The toughness index is a decisive factor on carrying capacity and brittle-fracture trend.It is an important parameter on engineering design.To measure the fracture toughness of 50Mn steel by J integral,in order to reinforce capability parameter and afford gist on engineering design.
