摘　　要：目的　了解大学生心理卫生状况及其影响因素。方法　采取分层整群抽样的方法抽取大学生 82 6名 ,用症状自评量表 (SCL -90 )和自制调查问卷进行调查分析。结果　 8 47%的大学生有中度以上的心理问题 ,大学生中出现心理问题较多的是强迫症、人际敏感、抑郁与敌对。年级、专业、性别的不同和主观上对就业前景、人际关系、所学专业满意度及学习压力的态度和感受不同 ,在得分上有较明显差异。To study the mental health status of medical college students.826 collage students were sampled with stratification sampling method, and were tested with SCL-90 and self-made questionnaires.8.47% of them had moderate psychological problems. The main problems were compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility. Effective factors were their grade, major, gender and their attitude towards employment prospect, interpersonal relationships, their majors and pressure in study.[Conclusion]Psychological education should be carried out on the low grades.
