珠珀猴枣散治疗小儿痰热咳嗽疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察珠珀猴枣散治疗小儿痰热咳嗽的疗效。方法将112例符合支气管炎诊断的痰热咳嗽患儿分为试验组和对照组,试验组予珠珀猴枣散,对照组予抗生素。结果试验组在临床主症及肺部体征改善方面均优于对照组。结论珠珀猴枣散治疗小儿痰热咳嗽有较好疗效。Obiective:To observe the effect of Zhupohouzao Power for childern cough due to Phlegm-Heat.Methods:112 children with acute bronchitis were divided into two groups. Children in the treatment group received Zhupohouzao Power while those in the controlled group were given antobiotic.Results:After treatment,a significat difference was found in the symptom, recovery of lung signs and therapy effect in both groups. All those of the treament group were superior to the controlled group. Conclusion:Zhupohouzao Power is emploable for the treatment of children cough due to Phlegm-Heat.
