参附注射液佐治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病合并微循环障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参附注射液佐治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)合并微循环障碍的疗效。方法将患儿90例随机分为治疗组和对照组,均予支持疗法,治疗组另予参附注射液静滴。结果治疗组在临床疗效及微循环障碍改善等方面均优于对照组。结论参附注射液佐治新生儿HIE合并微循环障碍疗效显著。Objective:To observe the effect of Shenfu Injection parking the treatment of HIE combined with microcirculation dysfunction.Methods:90 neonate were diviede into the treatment group and the controlled group. Neonate in both groups were given supporting treatment, while those in the treatment group received Shenfu Injection in addition.Results: The effect and the improvement on the microcirculation function of the treatment group were superior to those of the controlled group.Conclusion:The therapy is effective for HIE combined with microculation dysfunction.
