摘  要:对某炼化厂再生塔底重沸器的失效原因进行了分析 ,根据外观检测、材料成分分析、金相分析和腐蚀产物成分分析一系列检测结果判定 ,不锈钢换热管是由于H2 S和CO2 加上介质冲刷破坏了钝化膜引起的孔蚀 ,浮头螺栓的局部腐蚀则是由于蒸汽高速冲刷和H2 S共同作用的结果 。The failure causes of a reboiler of the regenerator in a certain refinery was investigated. From the results of spot inspection, element analysis of the materials, metallograpghic analysis and the ingredients analysis of the corrosion production, it was concluded that the pitting on the stainless steel pipes of the heat exchanger is caused by the H 2S and CO 2 in conjunction with the scouring of the medium in the reboiler. While for the local corrosion of the bolts, it was the joint result of the high speed scouring of the steam and the H 2S corrosion. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and improvements were suggested according to the above results.
