摘　　要：系统地介绍由监控中心计算机和远程测量终端通过GSM无线通讯移动网所构成的高压网绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测系统的工作原理以及泄漏电流的测量方法,重点讨论监控机和终端各个部件的组成及功能。它能够对实际电网监控,及时了解各方面用电情况,防止事故发生,提高电力系统运行安全性和可靠性,解决南疆各团场用电紧张状况,提高电力系统管理效率和实现资源共享,同时可以促进计算机技术在实际工作中的推广和应用。使用多层分布式结构和现场总线技术,通信网络数字化,设计模块化,抗干扰能力强,扩充性好,具有实际应用价值。Under the control of center computer and the long-range survey terminal,introduced systematically the work principle of the high voltage insulator leaking electric current constructed by GSM wireless communication network in the system of wire monitor and the measuring way of the leaking electric current. And it discussed the monitor and the constitutions and functions of each component in terminal. It can control the practical electrified wire and can also learn the use of the wire in every aspect in time, preventing accidents from happening in advance, improving the security and reliability in the running of electricity system. All that can solve the tense situation of the use of wire in each group in the Southern Parts of Xinjiang Province, and can improve the management efficiency of the electricity system. Besides these, it can also realize the share of resources in common. At the same time, it can promote the popularization and the application of the computer technology in practice. That the use of the Fieldbus technology of multi-layered distributional construction machine and the figurative communication net has a strong ability against interference and also has a good function of extensibility. And the design of the module has a high practical value in utilization.
