浅析乳品企业如何用PC和PLC实现低成本集散控制(DCS)

摘　　要：在乳品企业改建、扩建项目中 ,在自控方面采用PC +PLC构成简易、低成本的集散控制 (DCS)是一种行之有效的方法 ,一是提高企业自动化管理水平 ;二是能够稳定连续生产 ;三是节能降耗 .通过下面实例简单说明建立系统的过程 ,通过项目投入运行后证明 ,适合企业情况、满足设计要求 。In the project of reconstruction and enlargement of dairy industry, it is an effective method to apply PC+PLC to auto-control field, thus forming a simple and low-cost DCS. Firstly, it could improve the level of auto-management in enterprises; secondly, it could guarantee a stable and successive production; thirdly, it carries out an energy-saving measure. The procedure of the establishment of the system is explained by an example as following, it is proved to be suitable to the condition of enterprises and satisfied the requirement of designing through the function of this project, so that achieved th goal of technical transformation.
