摘　　要：与中国快速增长的对外直接投资相适应 ,海外投资保险产品与海外投资保险制度亦初步建立。本文通过对海外投资保险理论和实践的分析 ,结合当前的宏观、微观环境 ,指出海外投资保险制度的完善将有明显的阶段性 ,在当前阶段应该进行立法、建立海外投资保险基金、中介机构等措施。Being consistent with China zooming overseas direct investment, the Overseas Investment Insurance (briefly'OII') system was established the first time and providing overseas investment insurance products. This essay begins with analyzing the theory and practice of OII, combines with macro-economic and micro-economic level, indicates the distinct developing stages of OII and makes proposals such as legislation, setting up funds of OII, cultivating insurance intermediary institutions, etc. at the present time.
