摘  要:目的 探讨实验性急性胰腺炎 (AP)病程中肾素 -血管紧张素系统变化的意义。方法  4 2只 SD大鼠随机分为对照组和 AP组。在病程不同时点测定血浆肾素活性 (PRA)、血管紧张素 (Ang )、内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)水平 ,并观察胰腺组织病理学改变。结果  AP组随着病程的进展 ,胰腺炎病理由水肿向出血坏死发展。 1 0 h的 PRA,Ang ,ET,NO水平升高 ,ET/ NO值能维持相对平衡 ,胰腺炎病理主要表现为水肿性 ;2 4 h时 ,Ang ,ET继续升高 ,PRA也维持极高水平 ,而NO相对不足 ,ET/ NO值升高 ,Ang 与 ET/ NO比值呈显著正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;胰腺病理主要表现为出血坏死性。结论  AP病程中肾素 -血管紧张素系统持续激活 ,ET生成增多 ,NO产生相对不足 ;ET/ NO平衡失调可能是 AP病程由水肿向出血坏死进展的重要因素之一。Objective To study the change and significance of renin angiotension system in rats with acute pancreatits.Methods Forty two SD rats were divided into control group and acute pancreatitis group randomly.plasma renin activity,angiotesion Ⅱ,endothelin,nitric oxide levels were measured in different time of the disease course;and pancreatic histopathology was examined in light microscopy.Results In acute pancreatits group,pancreatitis histopathology converted fromedematous to bleeding necrotized one;plasma renin activity,angiotesionⅡ,endothelin,nitric oxide level increased at 10 h,endothelin/nitric oxide ratio maintained relative balance,the pathology of pancreatitis was edematous.but angiotesion Ⅱ,endothelin continue to produce more,and plasma renin activity maintain a higher level,and the produdction of nitric oxide relative lower,leading to increased endothelin/nitric oxide.the pathology of pancreatits was bleeding necrotize at 24 h.Conclusion the lasting activated renin angiotension system in the course of acute pancreatits,endothelin produce more and nitric oxide less,endothelin/nitric oxide iimbalance,that was one of an aggravating factor in rats with the aggreassion of acute pancreatits.
