摘  要:目的 探讨降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在新生儿窒息中的变化及其与脑损伤的关系。方法 采用放射免疫法对 72例窒息新生儿和 2 1例正常新生儿血浆CGRP水平进行了动态检测 ,并分析其以窒息后脑损伤的关系。结果 正常新生儿生后血浆CGRP随日龄增长呈下降趋势 ;窒息新生儿急性期血浆CGRP水平较恢复期明显增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并明显高于同期对照组水平 (P<0 0 5 ) ;急性期重度组明显高于对照组及轻度组 (P均 <0 0 1) ;在重度组中 ,头颅CT显示有脑损伤者急性期CGRP明显低于CT正常者。结论 CGRP参与了新生儿窒息的病理生理过程 ,其对窒息后脑损伤有一定保护作用。Objective To explore relationship between the plasma calcitonin-gene related peptide(CGRP) level and brain damage in neonatal asphyxia. Methods Dynamic variation of plasma CGRP level was monitored in 62 asphyxiated newborn infants and 21 normal infants by radioimmunoassay, and the relation between the brain damage and CGRP in neonatal asphyxia was analyzed. Results Plasma CGRP level markedly elevated at acute stage of neonatal asphyxia(P<0.05), especially in severe neonatal asphyxia(P<0.01). Plasma CGRP level gradually decreased at the convalescent stage of neonatal asphyxia(P<0.05). The CGRP level in the patients with brain damage displayed by skull-CT was lower than that in the patients without brain damage(P<0.05). Conclusion The CGRP plays an important role in pathophysiological process of neonatal asphyxia. It may decrease the brain damage in neonatal asphyxia.
