通脉汤含药血清对缺氧心肌细胞的保护作用

摘　　要：目的　观察通脉汤含药血清对缺氧状态下心肌细胞的保护作用。方法　提取通脉汤含药血清并干预经缺氧处理的心肌细胞 ,测定细胞培养液中的LDH、肌钙蛋白I(CTnI)的含量。结果　缺氧心肌细胞组的LDH( 7 2 2 5± 1 12 8U/L)和肌钙蛋白I( 0 85 1± 0 14 9ng/ml)的水平显著升高 ,而通脉汤含药血清组细胞培养液中的LDH( 4 175± 0 90U/l)、肌钙蛋白浓度 ( 0 5 48± 0 0 92ng/ml)明显低于损伤组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　通脉汤可以保护缺氧心肌细胞。Objective To observe the influence of serum containing Tongmai on the anoxic myocardial cell. Methods The serum containing Tongmai effective components was extracted and used to interfere the anoxic myocardial cell, then the concentration of the LDH and troponin I in the culture medium of the cardiac myocyte was measured. Results The concentration of LDH and troponin I increased significantly in the culture mediun of the anoxic cardiac myocyte. The intervention of the serum containing Tongmai can significantly decreased the concentration of LDH and troponin I in the culture medium of the anoxic cardiac myocyte. Conclusion Tongmai can protect the cardiac myocyte from anoxic damage.
