摘　　要：为观察祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其对患者血浆PLG和α2 AP水平的影响 ,将 4 0例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 2 0例。对照组采用常规西药治疗 ,治疗组在常规西药的基础上加祛瘀消斑胶囊。疗程均为 4周。结果 :治疗组在改善患者心绞痛症状、提高血浆PLG、α2 AP水平方面明显优于对照组。To observe the effects of 'Quyu Xiaoban Capsule' on PLG and α 2-AP in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris, 40 subjects were randomized into two groups: control group in which 20 cases were treated by western medicines and treatment group in which 20 cases were treated by the Capsule and western medicines. Results: The clinical symptoms, PLG and α 2-AP improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group.
