摘　　要：简要叙述了直拉硅中缺陷工程的研究进展.提出了采用中子辐照或掺杂技术,在硅中引入杂质缺陷,并通过其相互作用实现对硅中杂质和缺陷的控制与利用.此项研究是硅片缺陷工程的新内容.The progress of defect engineering has been depicted in this paper.It is a new idea for defect engineering that to introduce impurities and defects in the CZSi by neutron irradiation or adulteration, and to control and use the impurities and defects through their interaction.
