摘  要:以γ-Al_2O_3为载体,以金属钾为助剂,在实验室制备了用于催化裂化轻汽油选择性加氢反应的镍基催化剂,考察了镍、钾的含量以及工艺条件对催化剂选择性加氢性能的影响。结果表明,镍最佳负载量为10%,钾最佳负载量为1%;在反应温度75℃、空速8h-1、氢油体积比为5、压力1MPa的条件下,催化裂化轻汽油中二烯烃转化率达到99.11%,残余二烯烃含量为0.003%,单烯烃选择性达94.99%,叔碳烯烃含量增加了0.04%,单烯烃双键异构化选择性为61.26%。A nickel based selective hydrogenation catalyst with potassium cocatalyst and γ Al 2O 3 carrier was prepared for FCC light naphtha in laboratory. The effects of the contents of nickel and potassium and process conditions on the selective hydrogenation performance of the catalyst were studied. The results showed that the optimum nickel and potassium contents were 10% and 1% respectively, under the reaction conditions of temperature 75℃, LHSV 8h -1 , hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 5 and pressure 1 MPa, the dienes conversion in FCC light naphtha reached 99.11% and its remainder was only 0.003%; the selectivity of monoolefins reached 94.99% and its double bond isomerization was 61.26% ; and the tert olefin content increased by 0.04%.
