摘  要:在外径为700mm的移动床径向再生器中测定了气体轴向分流的不均匀度及催化剂的停留时间分布,测定结果表明,气体在主流道中的分布基本均匀,催化剂在再生器内的流动基本为活塞流。在此基础上建立了连续重整再生器动态烧焦模型,从模型的验证结果可知,模型预测与工业实测数据吻合良好,可以用于连续再生过程的动态及静态模拟计算。Experiments were conducted in an outside diameter of 700mm cold model of radial flow moving bed regenerator. The axial non uniformity of the gas and the catalyst resident time distribution in the regenerator were measured. The result showed that the gas in the main flow passage was well distributed and the catalyst flow was approached to plug flow. Thus, a dynamic coke burning model of continuous reforming regenerator was established. The predicted result of the model was in conformity with the measured industry data, which could be used for dynamic and static simulation of continuous regeneration.
