摘　　要：研究了硅烷偶联剂改性白炭黑在丁苯橡胶 (SBR)中的应用 ,探讨了硅烷偶联剂种类和用量对SBR胶料性能的影响。结果表明 ,在使用白炭黑的SBR胶料配方中加入硅烷偶联剂 ,可以降低胶料的门尼粘度 ,缩短硫化时间。胶料的综合力学性能都有不同程度的提高。In this article, the application of silica modified by silane coupling agent in SBR was studied. The effect of the types and contents of silane coupling agent on the properties of SBR vulcanizate was discussed. The results showed that when the silane coupling agent was added to SBR compound filled with silica, the mooney viscosity of the compound decreased, and the curing time was shorten. The mechanical properties of vulcanizate were improved significantly.
