摘 要:液力混抽增效的原理是通过控制井筒流体力学参数来调节油气井流动特性,尤其是流态,从而获得流动性良好的泡状流,达到提高抽汲效率、增加油气井产量、延长生产周期等目的。对于有杆泵采油井,该工艺实行三级优化系统。在不改变油井原来生产参数和作业方式的基础上,增效装置需要针对具体的油井依照专用模型进行设计。该增效装置满足所施工井的套管和油管尺寸等要求,所以安装容易、使用方便。在卫城油田WC2-67井等4口油井的现场试验结果表明,该工艺成功率100%,平均日增油1.3t,平均提高泵效14.4%。The mechanism of hydraulic commingling and pumping theory is that the wellbore performance is enhanced by optimizing the up-stream flow, especially flow regime, in production wells to achieve good foam flow, improve pumping efficiency, increase oil production and prolong production cycle, etc. A three-stage optimization system is employed for rod pumping wells. This technology utilizes sophisticated proprietary numerical and physical algorithms to provide optimal hardware design customized for each specific well. And equipment has a solid foundation of a simple, easy-to-install, reliable hardware. The pilot installation of this technology was made in four oil wells of Weicheng oil field. It is indicated that the successful probability of this technology is 100 percent of all 4 wells, valid efficiency is also 100 percent, the average gain amounts of oil production each day are 1. 3t, and pump efficiency increases about 14. 4% in average.
