摘 要:目的 探讨慢性肾盂肾炎的免疫发病机理及中药益肾康的作用机制。方法 采用大肠杆菌经膀胱逆行感染,右侧输尿管暂时不全梗阻的方法,建立慢性肾盂肾炎小鼠模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、西药组、益肾康组,检测各组肾脏、尿中IL-6水平。结果 模型组及西药组肾脏、尿中IL-6水平明显增高,与正常组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。益肾康组IL-6水平明显降低,与正常组比较无显著差异。结论 慢性肾盂肾炎存在着免疫功能的紊乱,IL-6参与了肾脏的免疫病理损伤。益肾康能降低IL-6的分泌,这可能是其防治本病的作用机制之一。Objective To investigate the immunopathologie mechanism of CPN and the functional mechanism of Yishenkang. Methods The unilateral experimental model of CPN in mice was established by the method of temporarily incomplete obstructive, right uterer with bacillas, Coli-infection, via bladder. The kidney and urine IL-6 level in normal group, model group, west drug group and Yishenkang group were measured. Results The IL-6 level in model group and west medicine group were significantly higher compared with normal group (P<0.05). The IL-6 level in Yishenkang group was significantly lower than that in model group. Conclusion There is disturbance of immunity in CPN. It is possible that IL-6 praticipates the kidney immune damage. Yishenkang can decrease the level of IL-6, this is one of the possible mechanism of Yishenkang in treatment of CPN.
