摘　　要：叙述了在荆门石化总厂催化裂化装置投用催化剂自动加料器的过程。以PLC为核心的催化剂自动加料控制系统,可以提高催化裂化装置的自动控制水平。详细介绍了催化剂自动加料器的自动控制系统的组成、工作原理、程序设计思想,以及在应用中出现的问题及分析。The successful application for FCCU at Jingmen Petrochemical Refinery has been described.The PLC is the core of the catalyst automatic feed control system.It can improve the FCCU automation control level.The configuration of catalyst automatic feed unit and the principle,the program design scheme,the failure and the means occurred in application are presented.The operation of the system is simple,the reliability is high and the maintenance is little.
