女性性激素与血脂谱、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶及淋巴细胞亚群的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨女性血清性激素水平变化及其与血脂谱、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及T淋巴细胞亚群的关系。方法　健康女性志愿者 1185例 ,用放射免疫分析法测定性激素 ;用全自动生化分析仪测定血脂谱及载脂蛋白 (Apo) ;用流式细胞仪测定T细胞亚群 ;用硫代巴比妥酸法和Oyanagui亚硝酸盐形成法分别测定血清MDA和SOD。结果　女性促卵泡激素 (FSH)、促黄体生成素 (LH)绝经后明显增加 ;垂体泌乳素 (PRL)绝经后升高 ,17β 雌二醇 (17β E2 )、孕酮 (P)绝经后明显下降 ,17β E2 /P比值绝经后明显降低。睾酮 (T)绝经后明显增加 ,游离睾酮 (FT)则在 70岁后明显升高。女性 70岁后血清总胆固醇 (TC)明显升高 ,甘油三脂 (TG)绝经后明显升高 ;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C)绝经后降低 ,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C) 70岁后明显升高 ,HDL C/TC和HDL C/LDL C绝经后降低 ,70岁后ApoA Ⅰ降低 ,ApoB则在 4 2～ 5 9岁组明显升高 ,ApoA Ⅰ /ApoB比值绝经后明显下降。CD3+ 、CD4 + 在 6 0岁前变化不明显 ,6 0岁后CD3+ 下降 ,CD4 + 明显降低 ,CD8+ 绝经后各组与对照组相比无变化 ,CD4 + /CD8+ 比值随增龄降低明显。MDA在 70岁后明显升高 ,SOD 6 0岁开始明显下降。对绝经后 17β E2 按四分位数 (15 6 6、2 7 0 5、5 7Objective To investigate the correlations of the levels of sex hormones [follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) and prolactin (PRL)] and lipid profile,malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and T lymphocyte subpopulations. Methods Through epidemiological investigations in our country,the levels of sex hormones were measured by radio-immunological methods;lipid profile and apolipoprotein by automatic biochemistry analyses;T cell subsets by flow cytometry;and the MDA was evaluated by the thiobarbituric acid (TBA) test and SOD by the nitrite method modified by Oyanagui,respectively using spectrophotometry. Results In the study women,the concentrations of serum FSH,LH increased significantly after menopause;PRL increased after menopause;compared with the control group in the study population,17β-estradiol (E_2) and progesterone (P) in postmenopausal group reduced obviously,17β-E_2/P reduced significantly after menopause. Testosterone (T) increased significantly after menopause,but not did free testosterone (FT). 17β-E_2,P and the ratio of 17β-E_2/P were negatively correlated with age,respectively by bivariate correlation analysis,and a positive relation between T and age was observed. After the age of 70 years,the level of total cholesterol (TC) increased obviously,so did that of triglyceride (TG) after menopause;high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) decreased after menopause,but low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) increased after 70,the ratios of HDL-C/TC and HDL-C/LDL-C all reduced after menopause;ApoA-Ⅰ decreased after 70,but ApoB increased significantly after menopause,correspondingly,the ratio of ApoA-Ⅰ/ApoB declined obviously. CD3 + and CD4 + didn't change until 60,but reduced after 60. Compared with that in the control group,CD8 + remained unchanged,CD4 +/CD8 + reduced greatly with aging,and both CD4 + and CD8 + presented a negative correlation with aging.
