摘  要:试验了成分 (% )为 :0 0 95C 1 0 0Cr 0 31Mo 0 2 2V的 12Cr1MoV珠光体耐热钢在 6 5 0~ 75 0℃ 1 4 2~ 873h时效时钢中合金元素的扩散、位错亚结构以及碳化物大小、数量和分布。并运用原子扩散无规行走理论计算了在对应不同Larson Miller指数P值的不同温度和时间下时效时钢中合金元素的扩散距离。结果表明 ,扩散分析的结果与试验材料成分和各种结构单元特征尺寸范围内组织结构的变化相一致 ;而且 12Cr1MoV钢在 5 0 0℃以上时效时 ,铬、钼原子的扩散与迁移距离显著 ,为 10~ 38μm ,远大于迁移距离约为 0 5 μm的钒原子。这从动力学角度说明钒是通过弥散强化提高 12Cr1MoV钢热强性的主要元素之一。The diffusing of alloy elements, dislocation substructure, and size, amount and distribution of carbides in pearlite heat resistance steel 12Cr1MoV (0.095C-1.00Cr-0.31Mo-0.22V) aging between 650 ℃ and 750 ℃ for 1.42~873 h were tested. And the diffusion distance of alloy elements at different aging temperature for various time corresponding to different larson-Miller indices P value has been calculated by the random walk theory of atom diffusion. The results showed that analysis of diffusion is consistent with the variations of compositions and structures at different strutural units with various characteristic sizes, and as the steel 12Cr1MoV aged at temperature more than 500 ℃, the migration and diffusion distance of chromium and molybdenum atoms- 10~38 μm were obvious and much greater than that of vanadium- 0.5 μm. Therefore it is illustrated by kinetics that vanadium is one of main alloy elements to increase hot strength of heat resistance steel 12Cr1MoV.
