摘　　要：总结回顾三门峡水库蓄清排浑运用方式的背景与目的,提出当前应当调整水库运用指标。依据黄河水沙年度变幅大的特点,提出了三门峡水库保持长期使用的设想,即根据汛期水量分级确定水库运用指标,或者在全年时间内,根据入库流量的大小,来决定水库是蓄水运用还是低水位运用。The background and aim of the operation to store clear water and dispose muddy flow are reviewed. The operation water level of Sanmenxia Reservoir should be adjusted currently. According to the traits that the annual amount of water and sediment load of the Yellow River varies significantly, an operation mode of the reservoir for a longtime capacity is suggested. That is, the index of operation is connected and changed with the volume of water in flood season incoming water, or it is changed with the runoff of incoming water in one year.
