试析网络经济的产业组织特征

摘　　要：网络经济作为一种新型经济形态 ,具有不同于工业经济条件下的新的作用效应。网络经济效应引起产业组织特征的变化 ,这种变化具体表现在交易费用、规模经济、垄断形成机制以及垄断与竞争的关系等方面。As a new form of economy, network economy has a new effect different than that in the industrial economy. The effects on network economy arouse changes in features of property organization, which are showed concretely in transaction expense, scale economy, mechanism of monopolization and the relationship between monopoly and contest.
