摘　　要：本文以近年来重新出现的关于跨国公司直接投资对发展中国家影响的争论为出发点 ,分别从跨国公司直接投资的性质、国家增长要素的积累对外资吸收能力的作用、不同发展阶段对直接投资效应的作用特点等角度 ,分析了经济发展阶段与国际直接投资效果的制约关系 ,强调发展中国家自身增长要素的积累对引进外资 ,增强外资效应的重要意义 ,并提出我国制定中长期外资引进战略必须考虑的基本因素。This essay analyzes the relationship between the stage of economic development and the effects of foreign direct investment (FDI) based on the various arguments in the literature concerning FDI in the developing countries. The essay examines the delicate relevance of the stages of economic development to the effects of foreign direct investment from the perspectives of the nature of FDI and the impact of the accumulation of the factors of national growth on the absorptive capacity of the developing countries.The essay stresses the importance of the accumulation of the factors of national growth in developing countries to the introduction and effective utilization of FDI,and points out the basic principles that China should take into consideration in formulating its medium-and long-term FDI strategies
