摘　　要：文章研究了大家普遍关注的光电发射光谱分析测量问题 ,讨论了光电光谱分析仪的工作原理、分析方法 ,对其测量不确定度进行了仔细地评定 。In this paper,the problem for analyzing with photoelectric emission spectrograph was studied,the running principia and the analyzing method were discussed ,it's measuring uncertainty was carely assessed,and pursantly,the method for advancing accurary was holded out.
