摘　　要：制约我国农业风险投资发展因素,包括政府功能不足,农业小规模生产对风险投资的制约,农业科技园区建设不够规范等。发展农业风险投资的策略:强化政府的功能,创新农民中介组织,上市公司创办专业风险投资公司,理顺农业风险资本价值的实现渠道。The major factors restricting the development of China's risk investment include the following: the inadequate functions of government, the constraints on risk management by the small-scaled production in agriculture, and the non-standardized building of the agricultural science and technology base. Thus, it is imperative for us to adopt a series of strategies such as: strengthening the governmenl functions, developing the intermediaries in agricultural risk investment, founding specialized risk investment undertakings by the listed companies, and making available the channels for acquiring the value of the agricultural risk investment.
