摘  要:通过熔融缩聚法制备了聚乳酸。探讨了反应温度、催化剂类型及用量、反应时间对聚乳酸的影响 ,并用红外光谱和1HNMR对聚合物进行了表征。结果表明 ,最佳的反应条件为 :聚合时间 3 0h左右、聚合温度 160℃、以0 2 %的对甲苯磺酸作为酸催化剂、 0 5 %的氯化亚锡为催化剂、真空度为 0~ 13 3 3Pa ;Poly(lactic acid) was prepared by means of melt polycondensation. The effects of reaction temperature, the variety and content of catalyst, and the reaction time on the preparation were studied, and the prepared products were characterized by means of IR and 1H NMR. The results showed the optimum conditions of the polycondensation were that reaction time 30 h, reaction temperature 160 ℃, with TSA of 0.2wt% as acid catalyst, SnCl 2 of 0.5wt% as catalyst and vacuum of 0~1 333 Pa. Purity of the lactic acid was one of the key points in the preparation of poly(lactic acid) with high molecular mass.
