摘 要:以杂多酸 (HPA)为催化剂 ,用十二、十三碳二元酸分别与正丁醇、正己醇、正辛醇、异辛醇进行酯化反应合成了 8种长链脂肪酸酯 ,用核磁共振碳谱与氢谱进行了结构确证 ;并考察了反应时间、醇 /酸物质的量之比、脱水剂用量及催化剂HPA用量对酯化反应的影响。结果表明 ,最佳反应条件为 :正已醇与十二、十三碳二元酸物质的量之比为 2 3∶1,正辛醇与十二、十三碳二元酸物质的量之比为 2 1∶1,HPA用量为醇酸总质量的 0 8% ,苯用量为醇酸总质量的 2 0 %。Eight kinds of esters of long-chain fatty acid were prepared by esterification of dodecanedioicor and tridecanedioic acids with butanol, hexanol, octanol and isooctanol, in which heteropoly acid(HPA) was used as catalyst, and the structure of the synthesized products were characterized by spectral datas of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR). The effects of reaction time, mol ratio of alcohol and acid, the contents of dehydrator and catalyst on the esterification of dodecanedioic or tridecanedioic acid with hexanol and octanol were studied. The results showed the optimum molar ratio of dodecanedioicor and tridecanedioic acids with hexanol would be 2.3∶1, and that of dodecanedioicor and tridecanedioic acids with octanol would be 2.1∶1, the contents of HPA and dehydrator would be 0.8% and 20% respectively.
