反相高效液相色谱法测定柴胡及柴葛颗粒中柴胡皂苷D的含量

摘　　要：目的 :控制柴葛颗粒及主药柴胡的质量。方法 :采用 Polarls C- 18柱 ,以乙腈∶水 (40∶ 6 0 )为流动相 ,流速 1.0 ml/min,检测波长 2 0 4 nm,检测温度为室温。结果 :此方法可使样品达到基线分离 ,阴性样品无干扰 ,线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9995 ,平均回收率 =99.1% ,RSD=3.6 7% (n=5 )。结论 :此方法简便、准确、稳定、重复性好 ,其它组分测定无干扰 ,可用于该药材及其制剂中该成分的研究。Objective: To find the determination medthod of saikosaponin D as to control the quality of Radix Bupleurl and their preparation. Methods: The C 18 silica gel column was used, with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (40∶60), UV detection was set up at 204 nm and temperature was at room temperature. Results: The method can isolate sample to base line and the negative sample was no interference. The linearity of saikosaponi D standard was good and the average recovery was 99.1%, RSD =3.67%. Conclusion: This method is good and accurate, available for the quality of radix bupleuerl and its preparation.
