摘　　要：近年来,随着新保守派逐渐进入美国政府的决策中枢,他们所鼓吹的"新帝国论"已成为美国政府和社会的主流思想理论."新帝国论"以谋求帝国霸权、崇尚实力原则等为特征,对美国的外交政策和安全政策产生着巨大的影响.Senior Researcher of the Institute for World Economics and Politics Studies, CASS. In recent years, following with U.S. neo-conservatives gradually entering the policy-making center of the U.S. government, Neo-Imperial Doctrine advocated by them became the mainstream of mentality in the U.S. government and society. Neo-Imperial Doctrine principled on the seeking of imperial hegemony and power wielded great influence over U.S. foreign policy and security policy.
