摘　　要：2003年对于日本是具有转折意义的一年,其表现为:保守派势力开始垄断政权;国民经济出现复苏迹象;军事改革步伐加快,"专守防卫"名存实亡.这一系列的变化和突破将对日本今后的走向产生深远的影响.Head of Asia-Pacific Section and Associate Researcher of CPDS. Japan saw a significant turning point in 2003 with following features: the conservative force began to dominate the political power, the national economy showed signs of recovery, the step of military reform speeded up and 'exclusive defense' existed in name only. These changes and breakthroughs will produce far-reaching influence on Japan's future.
