摘　　要：2003年11月9日举行的日本众议院大选结果表明，随着老一代政治家的逐渐隐退，日本新生代政治家将进一步在政坛上发挥主导作用。“修宪”的可能性加大，在安全战略上可能进一步向派兵海外和承担更多国际安全责任的方向调整。日本政治的走向正在发生重大变化。Professor of Central Party School of CPC and Guest Researcher of CPDS. The result of Japan's Lower House election showed that the politicians of newly born generation are going to step into political circle and play a leading role, with gradual retirement of politicians of older generation . It is likely for the new politicians to make policy adjustments toward amending the constitution, dispatching troops overseas and assuming more international security duties. Japan's political scene is undergoing significant changes.
