摘　　要：我国林业新定位为国有林区发展提供了机遇。将生态建设、生态文明、生态安全作为新世纪中国林业发展总体战略思想的核心内容,必然对林业发展产生巨大的影响。重新定位国有林区发展方向,使其尽快实现角色转变,担负起我国生态建设主体的重任,是国有林区发展的必然选择。The new position of our forest provides a chance for the development of our state-owned forest district.Ecocostruction,ecocivilization and ecosafety is viewed as the key general strategic thought of our forest development in the new century,which influences the forest development greatly.Re-designing the position of the state-owned forest development and taking the responsibility of our ecoconstruction is a only choice for our state-owned forest development.
