摘　　要：社会党国际在冷战结束以后非常重视对外政策和国际关系问题,针对时代新变化迅速调整其对外政策,提出了新的和平观,主张建立公正的国际政治、经济和人权新秩序,积极推进环境保护和保持可持续发展。The socialist international pays much attention to its foreign policy and the issues of international relations. After the cold war, the international environment has undertaken tremendous and significant changes and to meet these new challenges, the socialist international quickly makes adjustment of its foreign policy and adds new contents. To be more specific, the socialist international puts forward new ideas of peace, advocates a just new international order in terms of politics, economy and human rights, enhances environmental protection and sustained development actively.
