摘　　要：国有资产管理体制改革中对国有资产管理模式的研究是当前国企改革的一个重要研究课题 ,是实现国有资产保值增值的一项重要途径。本文重点论述了国有控股公司的功能、作用、性质和职能 ;提出了国有控股公司的管理模式。Among the state owned property management reforms, the research of the module management to the state owned property is importance. and it is an important path to realize the protection and the increase of the state owned property in value. This paper discuses the function, character and the function of the state owned property operated by the company, and makes managerial module, puts forward two kinds of managements system of state owned companies and five controls over state-owned business enterprise .
