摘　　要：研究生德育教育与素质教育是培养高质量人才的关键。本文概括了研究生德育和素质教育的调查结果 ,分析了存在的主要问题 ,并提出了对研究生素质状况的基本评估 。The postgraduate students' moral education and quality education are the keys to training qualitied scientists and technicians who can make more competitive. This article gives the result of the postgraduate students' moral education and quality education. The author analyzed the main problem of the education, and estimated the situation of the postgraduate students' education. This provides reference material of enhancing the postgraduate students' moral education and quality education.
