摘 要:基于国内外有关摩擦火花引燃瓦斯的研究成果,分析因摩擦形成的高温热痕引燃瓦斯机理,假设高温热痕与周边风流和岩壁之间的热交换为具有固定温度边界的半无限大固体的一维瞬态热对流和导热问题,运用燃烧学、传热学理论,详细分析了摩擦机械能引燃瓦斯的机理及其过程,建立了高温热痕与岩壁和风流之间的导热和对流的微分方程,通过拉普拉斯变换,推导出摩擦火花引燃瓦斯的温度阈值.图1,参10.Based on the former research results at home and abroad on the gas ignited by frictional spark, heat transfer model between high-temperature groove and airflow and rock wall is supposed a one-dimensional problem of dynamical heat convention and conduction on or in the semi-infinite solid. This paper presents the further theoretical and experimental study on the mechanism and the law of gas combustion and explosion induced by the frictional mechanical energy by combining the theories of combustion, computational combustion and heat transfer. Two mathematical models of heat conduction between high temperature groove and rock wall, and heat convection between high temperature trace and airflow are developed. Based on Laplace transform, the temperature threshold of gas ignited by frictional spark is deduced. The temperature threshold is validated according to experimental result. 1fig.,10refs.
