摘 要:钢包使用寿命的提高对满足生产快节奏的要求 ,保障钢包热修温度和降低钢包衬成本十分重要。通过对工作层刚玉—尖晶石砖、渣线镁碳砖和包底镁碳砖材质的开发和现场砌筑工艺的改进以及精炼造渣操作工艺优化等方面的工作 ,包钢薄板厂 2 10t钢包渣线砖的使用寿命目前已提高到 4 2~ 5 5次 ,钢包寿命提高到 90~ 10 0次 ,满足了 2 0 0 3年全年钢产量 2 2 8万t,最高月产 2 1万t的生产需求 ,并取得钢包耐火材料吨钢消耗平均降低 4 14元的成绩。To increase the ladle’s service life is very important to meet the requirements of high production, stable ladle repairing temperature and the cost of ladle lining. Through developing corundum-spinel bricks in working line, Mg-C bricks in slag line and in the ladle bottom, improving bricklaying technology on site and optimizing slag making process in ladle furnace according to our requirement, the 210 ton ladle’s slag lining bricks service life has already improved to 42-55 times, and the ladle’s service life is already up to 90-100 times, meeting the present needs and the requirements of the production of 2.28 million tons per year and the highest production of 210 thousand tons per month, and averagely decreasing the consumption of the refractory by 4.14 yuan per ton steel.
