摘　　要：通过对薄板厂精炼冷却水波动现象的分析 ,了解了有压管道内气体的产生条件、运行特点 ,针对实际问题提出了解决方案 ,并就相应的防护措施进行了简要分析。Through the analysis on the fluctuation of the cooling water for the secondary refining in CSP Plant, forming condition and movement characters of the gas in the pipe are found out and the corresponding measures are put forward and explained here.
