摘  要:大庆石化公司化肥厂年排放仅受到轻度污染的工艺冷凝液和尿素水解水约 13 0× 10 4 m3,其主要污染物为低浓度甲醇。在小试和中试研究的基础上 ,提出了采用固定化生物活性炭处理低浓度甲醇废水并回用的工艺路线。经实施后工程运行表明 ,该系统可将混合液的COD由 40mg/L降至 12mg/L以下 ,对甲醇的去除率达到 93 6%~ 10 0 % 。The Chemical Fertilizer Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Branch Company discharges lightly polluted process condensate and urea hydrolysis water each year.The main pollutant in it is low concentration methanol.On the basis of bench-scale and pilot tests,this paper presents a new process which uses fixed biologically active carbon to treat the wastewater and reuse it,and accomplishes the design and processing.The engineering operation shows that the COD in the mixed solution was decreased to below 12mg/L from 40mg/L,93.6%~100% of methanol was removed,and that the recovered water quality can satisfy the requirement of the water feeding boiler desalted water system.
