摘　　要：目的　该研究项目目的是要建立一个广域的病案质量信息管理平台 ,规范病案质控工作。使病案质控逐步走向规范化、系统化 ,在广域环境里整体提高病案质量水平。方法　该系统总体设计上分为微观管理端和宏观管理端两个层次 ,组成广域病案质量数据管理平台 ;在病案质量内容上 ,该系统独创了一个多层多段多维的数学模型 ,利用它来对病案质量情况进行描述和管理 ;在程序编写上 ,采用了Delphi 7 0和SQL数据库。结果　由于从宏观与微观上同时入手 ,且引入了现代质控方法和概念 ,该系统投入使用后能在省市级水平上大幅提高病案质控的管理水平。目前支持该设计的计算机软件系统已做完α测试 ,并进入协作组内部Objective This research project is dedicated to establish a wide-area medical record quality control information management platform, stipulate the record quality control process, so as to standardize and systematize the record quality control process, and improve the level of record quality control in the wide area environments.Methods In theintegrate design of this system, it's divided into two layers, micro-management layer and macro-management layer, they form the wide-area record quality control data management platform, On the contents of the record quality control, we initiated a multi-layer, multi-segment, multi-dimensional data model, and use it to describe and manage the qualities of the medical records; Delphi 7 0 and SQL database were used in programming. Results Large quantities of modern quality control methods and contents were introduced into this system, therefore, it can help improve the management of medical record quality control. Till now, the system is tested under internal collaboration.
