《军官地图集》电子版的设计

摘　　要：本文系统阐述了《军官地图集》电子版的设计和研制中的若干问题 ,包括《军官地图集》电子版的总体设计、数据库设计、自动分幅设计以及专题图设计等。总体设计主要包括系统的结构设计、地理数据库设计、各功能模块设计等几部分。在地图集系统中 ,多比例尺海量地理数据的应用必然要求有强大的数据库支持 ,系统中采用了易于存储、便于管理的数据结构 ,并对数据库的各类数据描述表进行了详细说明。自动分幅设计是电子地图集的一个新功能 ,本文提出了电子地图集的分幅方式 :经纬线分幅、矩形分幅、名称分幅和区域分幅 ,并阐述了它们各自的优缺点。《军官地图集》电子版中的专题地图在设计上突出了图集的系统性和军事特色 ,本文提出了该电子版中专题地图设计的原则和方法。根据该电子版的设计和制作过程 ,同时提出了电子地图集制作的步骤 ,并阐明了电子地图集设计中的不足和发展方向。The electronic atlas is a digital map production, which integrates cartology and computer technology.It is characterized with flexibility, inter-activity, dynamics and extensibility etc.This paper expounded theories, methods and technologies of the Electronic Version of Officer Atlas, including the Electronic Version of Officer Atlas' collectivity design, database design, automatic map division design and theme map design etc.Collectivity design mostly comprises the design of system's structure, the design of geographic database, the design of each function module.In electronic atlas system, the use of multi-scale and magnanimity data requires mighty database's support.This system introduces one kind of data structure, which is prone to storage and manage.And this paper explains all kinds of data description chart in database.Automatic map division design is a new function in electronic atlas.This paper advances the methods of map division in electronic atlas: longitude-woof map division, rectangle map division, name map division, and region map division.Also, it discusses the merits and demerits of these methods.The design of theme maps is another important aspect in Electronic Version of Officer Atlas.The design of theme maps in the Electronic Version of Officer Atlas characterizes series and military property.This paper advances the principle and methods of theme maps designing.At last, this paper discusses the making- process and shortcoming in design, and points out the trend of electronic atlas.
