摘　　要：在铜电解过程中 ,Cu2 + 的扩散系数不仅影响阳极的溶解和阴极的沉积特性 ,而且还影响着阴、阳极的极化情况。本文对铜电解液中Cu2 + 的扩散系数的研究方法、研究情况等进行了比较和综述。The diffusion coefficient of Cu 2+ in copper electrolyte not only influence the dissolution of copper anode and the deposition of cathode, but also influence the polarization of anode and the cathode. The research methods and results of diffusion coefficient of Cu 2+ in copper electrolyte were compared and summarized.
